Perinatal Social Work (PSW) protects and improves the health of infants, mothers, families before after birth. Families require a great deal assistance when their child is born. Those who become moms for first time, in particular, face lack information expertise care. This qualitative study was carried out by asking semi-structured interview questions to 53 participants selected using snowball sampling approach Kahramanmaraş, one Turkey's urban cities. The acquired data were examined MAXQDA 2020 program. They indicated that need with care they received this intensity from family elders. PSW has evolved order offer help address quandary. It advised be used implement our nation creating professional definition.
